About Me
Mindy was born and raised in Visalia. She attended Mt. Whitney, COS, and then moved to Mariana Del Ray for Cosmetology school. She quickly realized the big city lifestyle wasn’t for her. Missing the small town feel of Visalia she moved back and married her husband TJ Land in 2007.
She started her professional career at Barrett-Jackson, a collector car auction. This is where she gained her experience in client services and working sales in a high pressure fast paced work environment. She obtained her real estate license in 2009, although her career in real estate started much earlier. She had an integral part in launching Land Realty in 2006. Her passion for everything real estate is a major asset for her clients and is her driving force for producing top results.
Mindy’s other interest are design and animal rescues. She has an eye for design and big heart for animals. When she’s not helping people with selling their homes she spends her spare time helping local animal charities.
